Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Address Requirements

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid street address is required for delivery. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box or restricted address may be delayed or canceled.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend by up to an additional 24 business hours.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for orders shipped to Canada or Mexico. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Zeebro Masonic Regalia is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Returned items must comply with our Refund & Return Policy to be eligible for a refund.
